Yield Analyst/Clerical Supervisor

The Yield Analyst/Clerical Supervisor position will support daily refinery operations by providing reconciled (mass) yield data to operations planning for use in daily decision making and planning; Lead a small group of clerks for payroll, shipping, refinery yields; and coordinate plant clerk vacation coverage.

**Responsibilities may include** :

+ Generating daily and monthly, reconciled refinery yield balances using the Sigmafine computer tool, and various electronic data interfaces
+ Supplying reporting information required for month-end financial closing statements
+ Defining information needed to produce custom reports (as needed by Optimization Planning and Economics)
+ Demonstrating continuous improvement of refinery-wide and individual unit yields balances
+ Identifying specific yield meter performance problems for instrumentation and/or engineering attention
+ Coordinating vacation coverage across plant clerk within the clerical contract; develop and coordinate training of new clerks or development of plant clerks.
+ Supporting Planning and Economics team activities as needed to optimize the refinery
+ Managing reconciliation of data while ensuring accurate results


**Basic/Required** :

+ Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
+ Associate's Degree or higher
+ 3 or more years of experience working in a refinery and/or chemical plant industry
+ Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel
+ Must be able to be Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) qualified (For more information, you can visit )

**Preferred** :

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Math, or Finance
+ Working knowledge of SIGMAfine, PI, and SAP

The **Ponca City Refinery** in Oklahoma has a crude oil processing capacity of 196 MBPD. Both foreign and domestic crudes are delivered by pipeline from Canada, Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. The refinery's facilities include fluid catalytic cracking, delayed coking and hydro-desulfurization units that enable it to produce high ratios of gasoline and diesel fuel from crude oil. Finished petroleum products are shipped by truck, rail and Company-owned and common carrier pipelines to markets throughout the mid-continent region. Operations are run 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Capacities: Crude oil and Other Charge Capacity: 203,000 BPD; Gasoline Production Capacity: 110,000 BPD; Distillate Production Capacity: 90,000 BPD.
