+ Staffing and Recruitment for all levels of the business

+ Develop and execute a Human Resources strategy aligned to the business strategy

+ Drive change management initiates

+ Provide leadership coaching and guidance to executives, leadership and employees

+ Manage and execute standard HR processes to shape the culture of the business

+ Work with leadership to align people priorities with business strategy

+ Serves as the Human Resources Focal Point for a designated business or function area

+ Provides guidance and counsel to leaders and employees with regard to HR programs, policies and procedures

+ Develops, communicates and implements pro-active employee and labor relations strategies

+ Investigates and helps to resolve employee relations issues and complaints.

+ Leads and supports organizational development and effectiveness activities for assigned area to include leadership development, change management, organization assessment and design, learning, 360 assessments and employee opinion improvement activities

+ Facilitates, coordinates and communicates Triumph's Performance Development System and all compensation and rewards programs including merit, rewards and promotions.

+ Communicate and counsel with leaders and employees on staffing programs, policies and procedures.

+ Consult with leaders to help develop and execute staffing strategies and tactics

+ Participate in leadership and key position interviewing and hiring

+ Help to maintain staffing process disciplines by educating client groups

+ Help to drive compliance with hiring goals as they relate to compliance

+ Help to drive diversity in hiring decisions

+ Answer basic benefits questions and is knowledgeable of healthcare, dental, pension, 401k, PTO, holidays, etc.

+ Completes and/or will assist with Affirmative Action Plans / Goals

+ Educates leaders on responsibilities with regard to AAP and EEO compliance

+ Works with managers to achieve compliance goals

+ Based on location, may develop AAP

+ Guides and counsels leaders and employees on diversity initiatives


+ 8 years of aerospace or manufacturing experience with progressive levels of responsibility in human resource management

+ Bachelor's degree in HR related discipline

+ Must be experienced in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Training & Development, HRIS, Management, Staffing/Recruiting

+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization is essential
